Delivery & Shipping
You can opt for postal delivery, home delivery or click & collect.
Click & Collect is FREE OF CHARGE & means you are able to order your goods online & pick them up in store. We will send you a confirmation email when they are ready to grab.
Postal delivery (NON-FOOD ONLY):
Royal Mail 2nd Class: £3.10 (roughly 48 hours)
Royal Mail 1st Class: £5.50 (roughly 24 hours)
Postal orders are currently only available in the UK. If you are outside of the UK, give us a shout and we will organise postage at cost (we will charge you what the carriers will charge us). If you want us to post food, please email us and again, we will charge you postage at cost - this is due to the fee being higher with the greater weight of the parcel.
Orders are generally packed in cardboard boxes & paper bags. Please take this into consideration, especially when opting for delivery.
Handling time: Postal orders will be posted at the end of the working day. They may take roughly 1-2 days to process. Click & Collect usually takes approx. 48 hours to process. Home deliveries are on set days:
For online orders (Fruit & Veg and Staples Boxes) for our Click & Collect service, your box will always be ready to collect in store on FRIDAY.
Orders close 48 hours before the delivery day.
We are offering delivery on dedicated days currently to SO postcodes only. We will be driving to specific areas on set days to reduce our carbon emissions & because we are still a small team who need to stay in store! If deliveries are popular, we hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
- If you do not live in an SO postcode but are interested in delivery, OR you are isolating/shielding, please get in contact with us by phone or email as we may be able to arrange delivery for you.
- If you are not going to be in, please write a safe space for us to leave your box in the notes at checkout.
- If you need the box delivered on a day that isn't the day allocated for your postcode, please call or email us as we may be able to arrange this for a surcharge (Express Delivery £8)

Lemon & Jinja Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Food items and perishable goods are exempt from being returned and refunds on these items will only be made if the goods are received in poor condition. This must be brought to our attention as soon as possible after receipt of the goods, no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods.
We do not accept responsibility for the long-term storage of any produce. It is your responsibility to transfer any perishable items to adequate storage such as an airtight container or jar upon the receipt of goods.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING RETURNS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can take up to 10 days for a refund to be processed and to show up in your bank account.
You could also contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lemon & Jinja Returns, Units 19-20 Basepoint Business Centres, Premier Way, Abbey Park Industrial Estate, SO51 9AQ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
