Mixed peel is a mixture of orange and lemon peel that has been candied to preserve it - the peel is soaked in sugar syrup until the sugar replaces the moisture in the peel to extend its keeping qualities.

Used for fruit cakes, puddings, biscuits and bakes.

Caring for Your Reusable Pads

♻️ Rinse after use. We love doing this in the shower to reuse water!
🫧 Machine wash with laundry liquid (no fabric conditioner, it affects absorbency).
🌞 Air dry and reuse again and again!

How to Use Your Pad

1️⃣ Place the black fleece side up (pattern side down) against your underwear.
2️⃣ Wrap the popper wings around your underwear and snap them together to secure.
3️⃣ First-time use? We recommend washing before wearing, as they’ve been on display in the shop.

Changing Your Pad on the Go

Need to change your pad while out and about? Here’s a simple way to store it:
Fold the two long edges inward (pattern side down, fleece side up)
Fold the poppers inward and snap them closed.
This keeps the fleece (used side) tucked inside until you can wash it later.

Muscovado sugar (also known as Barbados sugar, khandsari or khanda) is an unrefined sugar. It still contains molasses, giving it a dark brown colour.

Muscovado sugar adds a dark caramel flavour to baked goods, marinades, glazes or it can even be melted into your coffee. 

Ingredients (allergens in bold):

Water, soybeans (29%), salt, wheat flour, preservatives (E202). 

The combination of dates and pecans lends a gorgeous caramelly, almost maple-syrup like flavour, while the natural balance of other ingredients ensures balanced nutrition, and some good slow-release energy which will keep you full and fulfilled.
