Unit price perKitenge bucket hats! Made by Susan Opok in Uganda, these hats are an all time hit. The fabric is East African and links with Jess' roots in Uganda. We love Susan - Jess has known her for over 11 years now and they love working together.

Handmade by Susan Opok in Uganda. Jess first met her in 2011 and they have always chatted about setting up a business together. When Lemon & Jinja started they created Nyabo, a kitenge business making bespoke products. The pattern is called ‘Kitenge’ and is East African. Each sale from the Nyabo range makes a huge impact to Susan and the work she does in Uganda.
Take care when washing. Oh, and be kind, that's always nice. Wash at 30 celsius max with similar colours. Do not tumble try, do not iron, do not dry clean.
