Barley flakes are a product rich in fibre, resulting from freshly harvested barley grains that have had their hard, outer shells removed, a process known as hulling. Once each grain piece is hulled, it is then flattened and cut into thin slices.

These can be eaten alone or mixed with other ingredients, and are a great alternative to oat flakes, resulting in a nuttier, slightly sweeter flavour and chewier texture. They can also be used in the plase of pasta, or other starches in dishes such as stews or soups.

Coarse wheatbran is an easy and convenient way of adding important dietary fiber (approximately 80% insoluble and 20% soluble) to your diet. Packed with nutrition, it is also a good source of protein, iron, and B Vitamins.

It is a byproduct of the milling process used to transform wheat into flour, and is therefore frequently also known as Miller's Bran.

Suggested uses: Toasted and sprinkled over fruits, cereals and yogurts; into shakes and smoothies; as a flour replacement for breads, muffins and other baked goods; added into soups, gravies or casseroles; even in pancake and waffle batter.

Our Own House Gluten-Free Muesli
A wholesome blend of gluten-free rolled oats, crunchy nuts, seeds, dried fruit and a hint of coconut. Made entirely in-house by our team, we mix, toast and pack each batch ourselves: no shortcuts, just pure, hand-crafted goodness.

Although it is a gluten free muesli and we do our very best to keep all products separate in the store room, we cannot guarantee it will not contain other allergens present in the shop (gluten, soya, peanuts, mustard)

We love Minor Figures Oat Milk because it pairs perfectly with our coffee, especially when we’re pulling shots from our favourite River Coffee beans. It’s made by baristas, for baristas, and you can really taste the difference in every cup. Minor Figures is formulated so that it supports the true character of specialty coffee without compromising the flavour, sweetness, and balance we care about in every drink.

Made in the shop, our seed mix is a combination of chia, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower and gold linseed. Our current batch contains camelina seed and unhulled hemp in, too.

We love this seed mix. It’s perfect for sprinkling on salads, soups and breakfast. Use it when baking bread and add it to smoothies. We even love it on stir fries!

Bran sticks are used as a popular high fibre and low-sugar wheat bran breakfast cereal to start your day the right way. Additionally, they are a great source of protein.

Eat them on their own with milk or yoghurt, or mix with your favourite dried/fresh fuit, nuts and seeds. They are also commonly used in baking to create fibre-rich, healthy snacks and treats.

Buckwheat groats are the hulled seeds of the buckwheat plant, and their taste is quite mild. Gluten free and delicious!

They can be used in breakfast, to make energy bars and are a great gluten free alternative to oats.
