Dried cranberries are made by partially dehydrating fresh cranberries, a process similar to making grapes into raisins.

Our dried cranberries are sweetened with apple juice concentrate giving it a more enjoyable flavour than fresh cranberries, which can have a slightly bitter taste. Great added to home baking in muffins, biscuits, cakes and bread. Buy cranberries to sprinkle on top of your morning oats for a subtly sweet, warming and nutritious breakfast.

Crystallised ginger is perfect as a sweet and fire-y snack straight from the bag or as an exciting cooking ingredient.

Why not try it sprinkle finely chopped pieces on your apple crumble or combine with our mixed nuts, brown sugar and spices as part of a baked apple or pear pie filling. Add pieces to a stir-fry for a sweet and spicy kick, on whipped cream-topped brownies or simply dip our crystallized ginger chunks in melted chocolate.

Mixed peel is a mixture of orange and lemon peel that has been candied to preserve it - the peel is soaked in sugar syrup until the sugar replaces the moisture in the peel to extend its keeping qualities.

Used for fruit cakes, puddings, biscuits and bakes.

Desiccated coconut is dried and grated coconut flesh.

Add this in as a healthy sprinkle to your granola bowl, cereal, smoothie, or as part of your trail mix. It's bright white colour looks great in contrast to a dark chocolate dish for those picture perfect desserts. 

Dessicated coconut is also a rich source of fibre, manganese and copper, as well as in phosphorus, iron, zinc and potassium.

Organic Dried (White) Mulberries. Mulberries are packed with vitamins and minerals, including the antioxident Resveratrol which has anti-inflamitory and anti-bacterial properties. This nutritional profile means that Mulberries have been used in medicines for millennia. They're delicious on their own or added to cereals etc...

Dried figs are made by either drying figs in the sun, or through a dehydration process to remove excess water, leaving behind a fibre-rich, nutrient-dense snack full of flavour. Figs are native to Asia where they have been grown and cultivated for centuries but they will happily grow in Europe in a sunny spot.

If you remember eating fig rolls as a child these healthy snacks will transport you back there in a moment without any need for added sugar. Nutrient dense and full of flavour, figs are a great addition to sweet and savoury recipes.

Dried Figs are a great source of calcium and magnesium which are both needed for the maintenance of healthy bones.

Glacé cherries, or candied cherries, are fresh cherries that have been reduced in a sugar syrup until they are 'candied'.  Candied fruits have been around since the 14th century, and it's no wonder the tradition is still popular today. The end result of glacé cherries is a concentrated sweet version of the original fruit. They are very sweet with a slight hint of bitterness.

The medjoul date is a large, sweet variety of date. It typically has a stone in the middle. 

Medjool dates can be used for all sorts of sweet bakes, adding to smoothies, making a caramel, snacking with nut butters and much more. 

They are high in fibre, antioxidants, potassium and B vitamins. 

These dried apricots retain their darker, more natural brown colour, as they have not been treated with sulphur dioxide. 

If you soak dried apricots they will become plump and can be used to make moist cakes and fruit loaves.  They can also be snacked on straight from the bag or added to trail mix and topping breakfast bowls. They also make a great sweet addition into savoury dishes. 

They are high in iron and rich in fibre.
