Balsamic vinegar is a food cupboard staple. It can be used on roasted vegetables, salads, and as a marinade.

A premium quality extra virgin olive oil sourced from the Pons family olive groves in rural Lleida, Cataluña; made from 100% Arbequiña olives which are pleasingly fruity and buttery with a rich, mild flavour. The freshly cold-extracted olive oil is then infused with pure, natural Basil essential oil.

The Basil infusion is as flavoursome as fresh basil, minus the chopping!

Every piece starts its journey as raw clay, carefully shaped by hand over two days. After drying for a week, the crockers are fired to 1000°C, then dipped or poured with the custom-mixed glazes to create unique flowing patterns. A second firing at 1260°C ensures durability, character, and a stunning finish that’s completely one-of-a-kind.

A butter crock is a simple, traditional way to keep butter fresh and spreadable without refrigeration. It works by using water to create an airtight seal, protecting the butter from air and keeping it at the perfect consistency for everyday use.

To use, simply pack softened butter firmly into the lid of the crock, making sure there are no air pockets. Add a small amount of cold water to the base, then place the lid into the crock so the butter sits below the water line. The water forms a natural seal, helping to keep the butter fresh. Our artisan chilli oil is made in London by a former pastry-chef who learnt to skilfully prepare Korean condiments from kimchi master chefs and Korean home cooks.

The gochugaru chilli flakes used in this chilli oil has a fruity, vibrant and smoky flavour.

INGREDIENTS:

Crafted from a special blend of organically grown dessert and cyder apples, this vinegar is a versatile British gem with a myriad of uses, from healthy living to great cooking.

Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar is matured over time and bottled unpasteurised to produce a beautifully delicate apple flavour and a pleasant, clean finish.

For a simple vinaigrette, thicken 2tbsp of Aspall Cyder Vinegar with 6tbsp of olive oil, add 1tsp of honey with a dollop of wholegrain mustard and season to taste.
