We love Minor Figures Oat Milk because it pairs perfectly with our coffee, especially when we’re pulling shots from our favourite River Coffee beans. It’s made by baristas, for baristas, and you can really taste the difference in every cup. Minor Figures is formulated so that it supports the true character of specialty coffee without compromising the flavour, sweetness, and balance we care about in every drink.

In our café, we use this oat milk in everything from lattes to flat whites because it gives that natural sweetness, density, and smooth micro‑foam, making every drink both delicious and consistent. It’s not just great with espresso, it’s also a lovely choice for tea and cereal too.
