LittleLamb wraps are made from a naturally s-t-r-e-t-c-h-y and soft knitted poly fabric with a breathable membrane bonded to the inside (PUL). This ensures air can circulate through the material, keeping the temperature down, but the larger moisture molecules are kept inside.

The result is a wrap that keeps wee and poop contained.

These wraps are designed to fit around our shaped nappies perfectly, but they fit most other brands of shaped and flat nappies.

As both the nappy and wrap have elasticated back and thigh seams, 'poo explosions' up to the neck are almost unheard of.

Newborn wraps feature a snap closure on the front to make the wrap even smaller if needed. Please note only the newborn features this detail.

"How many reusable nappies do I need?" The answer varies depending on your individual situation. Factors such as your washing and drying facilities, your baby's age and change frequency, and whether you're using cloth nappies full or part time all play a role. However, as a general guideline, we recommend the following quantities for full-time use and washing every second day:

• Newborns: 30 nappies and 10 wraps
• 8 weeks to 6 months: 15 pocket nappies, 5 fitted night nappies, and 2-5 wraps.
• 6 months and up: 12 pocket nappies, 3 fitted nappies, and 2-4 wraps

While having more nappies can make things easier, the above quantities are all that's necessary. We understand the temptation to get carried away with patterns, but anything beyond these numbers is just a nice bonus.

Care for your nappies by following these easy steps.

1. Hold the nappy or washable liner over the toilet and ease off the solids. If using a disposable liner, bin it, don't flush it.
2. Close any velcro tabs.
3. Put them in a dry pail with lid. Wait until you have a full load.
4. Wash them with a gentle washing powder on a full cycle using the recommended amount of washing powder for load size and water hardness. Note - DO NOT ADD BLEACHING AGENTS OR FABRIC SOFTENERS.
5. Hang out to dry in direct sunshine or near (but not touching ) a direct heat, or tumble dry on a low heat.

An Environmentally Sustainable Alternative: Our hero fibre bamboo is one of the most sustainable natural fibres available; Bamboo grows super-fast, doesn't need a lot of water, and doesn't destroy the ground it grows on; invest in these reusable wipes and reduces waste! Bamboo is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, so they stay fresher for longer than cotton wipes!

Use: Scent them with a little lavender oil - well diluted, of course - and keep some in your change bag.

The cover is made from s-t-r-e-t-c-h-y knit and coupled with a clever snap configuration so you can alter the size and fit as baby grows.

The pocket on the inside of the nappy lets you slide in the absorbent bamboo boosters prior to fitting onto baby. Pocket nappies were developed from the all-in-one style - where the layered absorber was sewn inside - but they took an age to dry.

The soft lining that sits next to baby’s skin is a super-soft microfleece that draws away moisture to the bamboo boosters, protecting baby’s skin.

The length of the rise has been increased in line with customer recommendations.

WIth pocket nappies the most important thing is to get the boosting right for your baby's need, a light wetter may only need one booster, most will need two and possibly three for overnight.

An eco-friendly alternative to disposable nappy bags, you'll reuse these nappy bags again and again. Our wet bags are the same material as the outer shell of our pocket nappies. So, just like a nappy, they are designed to keep wetness in, but they won't manage to be completely soaked. They are perfect for storing dirty nappies, damp wipes, swimsuits in a towel, etc. However, they will wick moisture if you use them for something soaking wet!

Bamboo
Bamboo is more absorbent than cotton but does not last as long and takes longer to dry. New bamboo nappies are also incredibly soft, but they will get harder over time, to soften them, you can put them in the tumble drier for a quick fluff up. Bamboo is by far our most popular fitted nappy.
