Sourcing Philosophy:

   Reviving traditions, they harvest fruits like damsons and sloes from abandoned orchards and hedgerows in the North West and West Midlands.

3. Surplus British Produce:
   Rescuing surplus farm produce, like imperfect apples and post-Halloween pumpkins, to create unique recipes.

4. Heritage Growers:
   Partnering with small-scale farmers preserving traditional British varieties.

Muscovado sugar (also known as Barbados sugar, khandsari or khanda) is an unrefined sugar. It still contains molasses, giving it a dark brown colour.

Muscovado sugar adds a dark caramel flavour to baked goods, marinades, glazes or it can even be melted into your coffee.

The other day Theo and I were in the supermarket while they were switching everything from Halloween to Christmas, and it honestly stopped me in my tracks.
