Muscovado sugar (also known as Barbados sugar, khandsari or khanda) is an unrefined sugar. It still contains molasses, giving it a dark brown colour.

Muscovado sugar adds a dark caramel flavour to baked goods, marinades, glazes or it can even be melted into your coffee.

This dish soap is a concentrated bar and only a tiny amount is needed. Wet your cloth, sponge or brush and rub the dish soap until it’s soapy – then wash your dishes as normal. To make the soap last the longest, keep dry in-between using either a soap dish or a rack to store it.
