For our conditioners we use a special blend of cocoa butter and castor oil to give you fabulous and frizz-free results with every wash.

The boffins call it cationic, but all you really need to know is that its positively charged particles help this bar leave your hair softer to touch, simpler to manage and even more sensational to look at.  At the same time, we’ve used essential oils of Lavender and Rose Geranium to add calming and anti-bacterial to its long list of benefits.

Our Friendly Conditioner comes sealed in a compostable cellulose-based wrap, keeping it fresh until you’re ready to go.

Freshly frozen blueberries, perfectly plump and packed full of goodness.  Whizz into a smoothie or sprinkle on your cereal to kick start the day.  Or layer over a dollop of Greek yogurt inside a freshly baked croissant!

Ingredients: Whole Cultivated Blueberries.

Freshly frozen and full of goodness.  A popular veggie side or why not whizz up with pancetta, stock and onions for a truly super soup!

Cook from frozen.  Simmer gently in lightly salted water until tender (approximately 2-4 minutes).   2 minutes if microwaved.

British peas

Delicious crispy golden wedges of seasoned potato.

Cooking Instructions:

Cook from frozen on a baking tray at 200ºC Fan /400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 minutes turning occasionally until golden and crispy.
Fry: 4 minutes in hot oil until golden yellow and cooked throughout.

Potatoes, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Onion Powder, Stabiliser E450, White Pepper.

Sweet tropical chunks of freshly frozen mango.  Divine whizzed up into a super sorbet!

Ready-made dough balls – perfect for pizza making or focaccia-style loaves.  Get ready for great tasting pizzas, just add your toppings, bake and tuck in.

To thaw, place in a sealed plastic container at room temperature for about 4 hours or put frozen dough in a sealed container overnight, in the fridge. An hour before using, place dough in a bowl and cover the top with a slightly damp cloth or cling film. Leave for at least 1 hour, so the dough can prove and grow in size. Once risen, stretch or roll into shape then add toppings. Heat oven to at least 220?C Fan / 475? F, / Gas Mark 9 and cook until the edges are crisp and the centre is soft.

For a focaccia-style loaf: Defrost and prove, as above. Knead dough and shape, then drizzle with olive oil, rock salt, garlic and rosemary.  Bake at 180°C Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 10-12 minutes.

Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt, Olive Oil, Improver (Wheat Flour (Wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Rapeseed Oil, Flour Treatment Agent: E300), Deactivated Yeast, Dextramalt (Wheat Malt).

A nutritious and delicious mix of carrot, parsnip and beetroot chips.  A colourful and crunchy alternative to potato fries.

Cooking Instructions:

Cook from frozen: Spread a single layer on a baking tray lined with foil and bake at 180°C Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes turning once until crisp and golden.

Carrot (26.6%), Parsnip (26.6%), Red Beetroot (26.6%), Sunflower Oil, Rice Flour, Modified Potato Starch, Potato Dextrin, Maize Flour, Raising Agents: Diphosphates and Sodium Carbonate, Salt, Tapioca Dextrin, Stabilisers: Xanthan Gum and Methyl Cellulose, Colours: Paprika Extract and Curcumin.

Freshly frozen, locking in all their mighty goodness!  Ready to throw in to your recipes or serve up as a side with a little butter and nutmeg. Or use it as the basis for a banging brunch – eggs florentine, super-healthy smoothies or brunch pizza.

Cooking Instructions:

Place frozen spinach in a covered saucepan with a knob of butter. Season with salt and pepper, heat gently, stirring from time to time, until tender, or microwave from frozen. A grating of nutmeg is a very good addition to spinach.
