A few years ago, at his rural home in the Welsh countryside, Gaz Oakley planted a kitchen garden with the aim of utilising plants to their full potential. Inspired by his thriving veg and fruit plot, the 100 vibrant and versatile recipes within this book celebrate the bountiful produce nature has to offer. 

Focusing on accessible ingredients like carrots, beetroot, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, apples and pears, Gaz has created a medley of seasonal, delicious dishes that showcase these crops at their best. With recipes including Strawberry and Lavender Welsh Cakes for a spin on a classic, savoury Stuffed Harissa Onions, and gorgeous Tomato, Thyme and Almond Upside Down Cake, there is something for every season and every taste.

TOCOPHERYL ACETATE is a derivative of Vitamine E, used as an antioxidant.

TOCOPHEROL is a form of vitamin E that comes from vegetable oils. It works as both an antioxidant and  skin conditioner. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.

CETYL PALMITATE It is an ester that is used as both thickener and emollient (conditions the skin's surface). It is 100 % vegetable origin.

LECITHIN extracted from sunflower oil, Lecithin is a natural component of skin cell membranes. It helps skin hydration and elasticity.

POLYHYDROXYSTEARIC ACID works as a dispersing agent for our non-nano zinc oxide, making sure it is evenly distributed across the skin. Fundamental to create an even coverage and protection for your skin.

Polenta is often referred to as “Italian grits" and originated in Northern Italy. Like grits, polenta is a hearty porridge with a grainy texture. As it is derived from corn, it is naturally gluten-free, making it the perfect choice for those with a gluten intolerance or allergy (depending on the packaging process). 

As a soft, just-cooked porridge, polenta owns a sweet corn flavor and robust texture. It takes on the flavours of its added ingredients, so get creative!

When polenta cools, it hardens and takes the shape of its container. This solid form of polenta is a versatile ingredient in a number of tasty creations. These polenta pieces can be grilled, baked, sautéed or pan-fried… the possibilities are endless. 

Try this creamy vegan polenta with mushrooms, spinach and pine nuts from Bianca Zapatka, which takes only 15 minutes to make.

Roasters Notes: We have roasted this coffee to a medium/medium light level which accentuates the citric acidity and sweet crisp apple flavour notes. There's a lovely high syrup like sweetness and a caramel. Brew as espresso or as filter, a fantastic and perfectly balanced all rounder. 

Popayán is made up of a community of 65 coffee producing families who are members of Meseta De Poyayán. This coffee is a washed processed coffee in which a mix of Colombia, Castillo, Typica, Caturra and Catimor varietals are combined across all 65 members farms. The result is balanced cup profiled with fruit, floral and caramel notes. The programme encourages producers to focus on quality production by paying 20% above market prices. 

This coffee is exported and imported by Cofinet. Since 2019 Cofinet have provided support to coffee producers and assistance with their washedprocessing methods. The accumulation of production region, varietal and carefully processing results in a clean, sweet and fruity flavour driven cup profile. 

This coffee is suited for filter and espresso brewing methods. 

Popcorn kernels are a specific type of dried popping corn, so we're sorry but you can't just dry and cook regular shop-bought corn to get popcorn.

Within each kernel of dried popcorn there is still moisture. During the heating process, the moisture becomes pressurized steam, and once enough pressure builds, the hulls rupture. An airy foam is produced from the starch contained in the kernel, which cools quickly into the popcorn puff we know.

The most common method of popping popcorn kernels is heating up some oil in a dry pan (a wet pan will make the oil spit) before adding the popcorn kernals, covering, and waiting for those pops! Simply toss in your favourite topping, whether it be the classic salty, sugar/sugar syrup, chilli flakes, or cinnamon. We love melting a bit of marmite with vegan butter (or regular butter if you fancy) and mixing it in with the popcorn. Get creative!

Caring for Your Reusable Pads

♻️ Rinse after use. We love doing this in the shower to reuse water!
🫧 Machine wash with laundry liquid (no fabric conditioner, it affects absorbency).
🌞 Air dry and reuse again and again!

How to Use Your Pad

1️⃣ Place the black fleece side up (pattern side down) against your underwear.
2️⃣ Wrap the popper wings around your underwear and snap them together to secure.
3️⃣ First-time use? We recommend washing before wearing, as they’ve been on display in the shop.

Changing Your Pad on the Go

Need to change your pad while out and about? Here’s a simple way to store it:
Fold the two long edges inward (pattern side down, fleece side up)
Fold the poppers inward and snap them closed.
This keeps the fleece (used side) tucked inside until you can wash it later.
