A pack of 25 plasters designed to easily adhease while still being made from biodegradable and eco-friendly materials, which are hypoallergenic using a pressure sensitive adhesive. This kind of hypoallergenic adhesive makes these plasters perfect for sensitive skins since common plasters can cause issues for people with sensitive skin - actually they can worsen the wounds. This is what the creator of Nutricare - the company who produce the plasters - discovered and set out to fix with these plasters.

Instead of using harmful chemicals, natural minerals and nanotechnology are used to make a gentle and kind adhesive. These plasters are compostable in your home so you don’t need to throw them away and send them to landfill. Overall, they’re the perfect treatment for all those tricky little cuts and abrasions.

DIRECTIONS: Pour liquid into machine dispenser or washball. Follow instructions on garment label. Dosing: 2ml to 4ml per kg of washing depending on soiling. Up to double dosing in very hard water areas. One TBSP is about 18ml. If doing a pre-wash split 1/3 pre-wash, 2/3 main wash. Biological detergents work best at cool temperatures up to 40C.

Black Peppercorns are the dried fruits of a flowering climbing vine from the Piperaceae family. The peppercorns are harvested, boiled and dried. They are rich in vitamins A and C, can boost absorption of some essential nutrients, and contain antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. These properties, along with it's peppery taste, are attributed to the presence of the essential oil 'piperine'.

Black Peppercorns are one of the most widely used spices globally and are often combined with salt tableside as a condiment. They are normally cracked or ground, using a spice mill or mortar and pestle, to release their pungent aroma and fruity, picante flavor.

Top tip: The flavor of black peppercorn is enhanced when combined with an acidic ingredient like lemon or tomatoes and can even be added to cocktails and desserts for a unique flavor experience.

Fun fact: Black Peppercorns are native to the Malabar Coast of India, where evidence shows the spice has been used for over 4,000 years. For a long time, is was primarily utilized as a medicine. The spice was even used in preserving mummies (Ramses the Great’s body had peppercorns stuffed in the nostrils to help keep the body clean).

Black salt, or kala noon, is a type of rock salt, a salty and pungent-smelling condiment used in South Asia. The condiment is composed largely of sodium chloride with several other components lending the salt its colour and smell. The smell is mainly due to its sulphur content. Due to the presence of Greigite (Fe3S4, Iron(II, III) sulfide) in the mineral, it forms brownish pink to dark violet translucent crystals when whole, and, when ground into a powder, it is light purple to pink in colour.

Ingredients: Black Turtle Beans (100%)

How to prepare: Soak the beans for 8-10 hours, or overnight. Soak for no longer than 12 hours as this can decrease nutritional value and flavour. Cook for around an hour or until soft. Beans will cook more quickly and be easier to digest if they are soaked first.

Quick-soaking tip: Put the beans in a pan of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Take off the heat, cover and stand for 1 hour. At the end of the hour, discard the water and cook the beans as per your recipe.

How to use: Rinse thoroughly before first use. In shower or bath use on damp skin with soap or gel in a gentle circular motion to clean, freshen, exfoliate and invigorate skin. To keep loofah fresh between uses, rinse and squeeze out excess water and hang to dry from the cotton string loop. Occasionally wash in the washing machine or by hand if desired.
