Brewers Yeast

Inactive brewer's yeast is an ingredient used in the production of beer and bread, made from Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

It's a great source of B vitamins, and a rich source of protein, selenium, iron, potassium, zinc, magnesium and chromium.
