Are your arts and crafts supplies piling up? Give your unused materials a second life at our Arts & Crafts Swap! Reduce waste, spark creativity, and find inspiration in what others bring.

🎟️ Tickets: £3 per person
📍 Location: Upstairs at Lemon & Jinja, unless stated otherwise.
How It Works:
- Tickets: Purchase in advance or on the day! Show your pre-bought ticket at the door or visit the downstairs till to buy one. After purchase, collect your entry stamp at the till.
- Donations: Bring your craft supplies, tools, fabrics, or materials to swap. Donations are accepted up to one week before the event if you can’t bring them on the day.

What can I bring to swap?
We welcome all arts and crafts supplies, including paper, yarn, beads, paint, brushes, tools, and more!
Do I need to bring supplies to participate?
Not at all! Anyone is welcome to join, even if you don’t have items to swap.
What happens to leftover items?
Any remaining supplies will be donated to local schools, art groups, or organisations in need.
Will there be food and drink available?
Yes! Our café and shop will be open for refreshments during the event.

Cancellation policy for events
We hope you enjoy your time with us! If you do wish to cancel with us, please read our cancellation policy. We politely request you inform us as soon as you can, if you are unable to attend. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may call us at 07375557016 between the hours of 9.30-4.30pm Monday - to Friday to cancel. Please have your details on hand for us to take note. Please ask to speak with Jesse Dugdale or Sophie Roe - if they are unavailable, they will be immediately informed and will get in touch via phone or email.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee, with the remaining refund as store credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 30% fee, with the remaining refund as store credit
If we need to cancel the workshop or event, we will aim to give at least 24 hours notice. Anything less than 24 hours notice will mean there is staff illness or a factor completely out of our control. 24 hours and longer, we will fully cancel and refund you. Within 24 hours, we will strive to book a new date for all customers and offer you first priority.
By booking on to our workshops and events, you are virtually agreeing to this cancellation policy.
