The pink colour of this is from the fresh raspberries and apples we use as a fruit paste to bind the nuts and seeds together in this paleo and cereal-free product. You’ll get a fresh tart raspberry flavour in every bite of nuts and seeds.

These are deliciously made caramel chocolate almonds with a decadent dusting of cacao powder. Yummy organically grown almonds, with all the health benefits of cacao (if you haven't read our detailed love of cacao powder you can go check it out).

Red quinoa comes from the flowering plant Chenopodium quinoa, which is native to South America. Uncooked, red quinoa seeds are flat, oval, and crunchy. Once cooked, they puff up, forming small spheres similar in shape to couscous, and take on a fluffy-yet-chewy texture.

Red quinoa is also naturally gluten-free, making it a good choice for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerances. It's also rich in fibre, protein, and many important vitamins and minerals. Particularly, it’s a good source of manganese, copper, phosphorus, and magnesium.

White basmati rice, is a type of basmati rice common in Indian and South Asian cuisine known for its nutty flavor and pleasant aroma.

Each serving is generally high in carbs and calories, as well as micronutrients like folate, thiamine, and selenium. It has slightly quicker cooking times than brown basmati, however as it's slightly more processed than brown basmati, white basmati is slightly lower in nutritional value including fiber, magnesium, vitamin E,and potassium. 

Wholegrain quinoa still has its skin around the grai, providing extra fibre and a crispy bite. Quinoa contains more protein than other grains and is gluten-free. Delicious with a salad, in a vegan Buddha bowl or as a nutritious breakfast.

Top tip to the perfectly fluffy quinoa: Use twice as much water as quinoa, cook uncovered. Cook until the water has disappeared (be careful not to burn; should be ~10 minutes) and remove the pot from the heat. Cover for 5 mins, then fluff with a fork.
