Our London Honey collection celebrates pure, single-origin British honey, produced with care from hive to jar. Each variety reflects its landscape, season, and craft, whether naturally infused or harvested straight from wild forage.

Unpasteurised and minimally filtered to retain natural flavour and goodness, every jar is made by our bees and our own hands. Nothing more, nothing less.

Ginger & Turmeric Honey

British Spring honey, creamed and gently blended with premium natural spices. Warming ginger brings a subtle heat, balanced by the aromatic earthiness of ground turmeric.

A popular and versatile honey with immune-boosting properties. Add a generous spoonful to hot water for a soothing, warming drink, or enjoy its distinctive sweet-spice flavour in savoury cooking.

Delicious spread on crumpets, stirred through roasted seasonal vegetables, or used to add depth to marinades and dressings.

Wiltshire Wildflower Honey

Pure and natural Wiltshire Wildflower Honey, harvested where our bees forage across tumbling Wiltshire downlands. Drawing from yellow melilot, sanfoin, and wild bramble hedgerows, this honey is beautifully complex with delicate undertones and a charming floral aroma.

A seasonal summer harvest from our apiary on the Wiltshire borders, each jar reflects the landscape and flora of the region.

Bell Heather Honey

Pure and natural Bell Heather Honey captures the late-summer bloom of the Dorset moors.

Highly prized for its distinctive jelly-like consistency, this aromatic floral honey has rich bitter-sweet notes and exceptional depth of flavour. We love it paired with slightly salty cheeses such as pecorino, where its complexity really shines.

A true expression of place and season, harvested with care and left just as nature intended.

Guajillo Chilli Honey

A bold, infused hot chilli honey made by steeping pure Acacia honey with a whole Guajillo chilli in every jar.

Sweet heat with real depth of flavour, perfect for drizzling over snacks, BBQ dishes, and cheeseboards, or stirring into drinks and cocktails such as spicy margaritas.

Try it over roasted peaches with creamy mozzarella and fresh basil for a standout sweet-heat pairing.

This honey is hot, so a little goes a long way. No vinegars or artificial ingredients are used.
