A great mozzarella alternative for melting on top of pizza & lasagne, or even having sliced in sandwiches or salads! Like real mozzarella, it has a mild milky flavour and melts incredibly well when grated. A vegan dream!

This baby comes in a plastic-free compostable vacuum-sealed pouch.
