Each tote is handmade by Susan Opok in Uganda. Jess first met Susan in 2011, and they'd always talked about working together. When Lemon & Jinja was founded, they created Nyabo, a collection of bespoke kitenge products that celebrates East African craftsmanship while supporting Susan and her work in Uganda. The colourful kitenge fabric reflects Jess' Ugandan roots, making every bag especially meaningful.

Because every bag is handmade, sizes and fabric patterns vary slightly, making each one completely unique.
