Dried Chipotle Chillies are prepared from fresh mature Jalapeno peppers. They're smoked with Pecan wood chips & dried. They're predominately deep red -brown in colour. They have a deliciously smokey flavour with medium/high pungency. Mainly used in Mexican dishes. Great with beans or in stews and soups.

Ingredients: Crushed Chipotle Chillies.

Cloves are the hard, dried flower buds of an evergreen tree of the myrtle family, from SE Asia. Very aromatic with a strong pungent flavour, they are used in spicy, sweet and savoury dishes, mulled wines and punches, sauces, cakes, mincemeat, puddings, biscuits and pastries.

A member of the carrot family, Middle Eastern in origin, the soft feathery leaves are sometimes known as Greek or Chinese Parsley. They have a distinctive aroma and a fresh, strong taste. Use in salads; savoury or 'Oriental' dishes or sprinkled as a garnish over soups and starters.

Crispy Fried Onions are thinly sliced onions deep-fried in oil till golden brown and crisp. Use these for making curries, biryani, soups, and dals. Sprinkle on top of salads for a delicious crunch and flavour. 

Light, fragrant and slightly tangy, dried dill is a wonderfully versatile herb that adds freshness and depth to everyday cooking. Often paired with potatoes, cucumber and creamy dishes, dill also works beautifully in soups, dressings, grains and roasted vegetables.

Our dried dill is packed with delicate flavour and is an easy pantry staple for adding a herby lift to meals all year round. A little goes a long way.

Vegan recipe idea: Creamy Dill Chickpea Salad 🥒

Mix together:

• 1 tin chickpeas, mashed slightly

• 2 tbsp vegan mayo or yoghurt

• 1 tsp dried dill

• Squeeze of lemon juice

• Finely chopped cucumber and red onion

• Salt + black pepper

Serve in sandwiches, wraps, jacket potatoes or on toast for an easy high-protein lunch.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Whole chillies for when you want to add a burst of heat to your cooking. Try adding them to oil to make your own hot, spices oil.
