Right, we need to talk about this one, because I am SO excited for it

Mumbai Street Eats are joining us for a special Lemon & Jinja Supper Club, and if you know their food, you already know what's coming. If you don't, buckle up

They do the most incredible, authentic, comforting vegan Indian food, and this evening is inspired by the vibrant street food culture of Mumbai itself. Bold flavours, fragrant spices, and honestly just an all round feast

You'll start with a sharing platter (hello, Pani Puri, THE MOST DELICIOUS), followed by a traditional Indian Thali, all served on your own stainless steel thali with little bowls of Gujarat-style dishes so you can try a bit of everything

I love a thali. LOVE LOVE LOVE one. So I am genuinely counting down the days for this.

On the table to nibble: Both plain and spiced Indian Ghathia

Starters to share: Khaman Dhokla (steamed savoury sponge) served with green chutney. Pani Puri (crisp AND DELICIOUS) semolina shells filled with mild spiced potato and kala chana, served with a tamarind water shot, garnished with pomegranate and fresh coriander. Bhel - puffed rice, onion, potato, coriander and pomegranate, all tossed in a sweet and sour tamarind sauce. Veggie samosas with a potato and pea filling with five traditional Indian spices

Your traditional thali (I would like to let you know this is the best bit!), all served on your own stainless-steel (traditional) thali tray with bowls of great tasting Gujarat style food

Sustainable sunglasses / glasses retainer strap hand-made from fishing nets recovered from beach cleans of the Cornish coastline.

A secure, sustainable and adjustable eyewear retainer strap compatible with Waterhaul sunglasses and prescription glasses frames.

Handmade in Looe, Cornwall, by Behaviour Change Cornwall, using ghost fishing nets collected from the Cornish coast. Finished with stainless steel beads, engraved with a batch number used to trace where the net has been recovered from.

Custom-made to fit the entire Waterhaul frame range, and the adjustable loop design means they should fit with most other eyewear frames too.

- The length of the strap can be adjusted, depending on if you want a tighter fit behind your head, or a looser fit while your sunglasses are hanging around your neck.

- Straps can be positioned in front of or behind the ear on the temple of the frame, depending on personal preference.- Each eyewear strap has come from a specific ghost fishing net, collected from the Cornish coastline by Behaviour Change Cornwall, represented by a batch number that has been laser engraved into the stainless steel beads on each strap.

Often mistaken for a blend of spices, allspice is a single-ingredient seasoning with loads of unique flavor. The flavour of allspice brings to mind cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and pepper.

Whole allspice berries are sometimes used in stews and soups, and for pickling and brining. The ground version is more commonly used in desserts, such as pumpkin cake or pie, spice cakes, and gingerbread.
