The Wholesome Crunch

Each of our products contains between a quarter and a third of our main superfood ingredient in its natural fresh form. We use fresh British Shiitake, fresh British Kale, fresh British Beetroot, and wild Atlantic seaweed harvested off the Irish coast. 

Ingredients: 

Shiitake: Tapioca Flour, Shiitake Mushrooms (25%), Black Gram Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Vegan Stock Powder (Rice Flour, Sea Salt, Maltodextrin (from maize), Vegetables, Yeast Extract, Sunflower Oil, Turmeric, Herbs), Garlic Powder, White Pepper Powder, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium Tartrates).

Lightly Salted

Lightly seasoned with Droitwich Salt, which is harvested by hand from their natural springs and crystallised using renewable energy.

Salt & Cider Vinegar

Lightly salted and flavoured with their own cider vinegar, made from apples
grown in Herefordshire orchards.

Hereford Hop Cheese & Onion

Seasoned with deliciously sharp and sweet Hereford Hop cheese, which is made by artisan cheesemakers Charles Martell & Sons and onions grown on our Herefordshire farm.

Mushroom & Wild Garlic

Premium hand-cooked crisps flavoured with woodland mushrooms and a hint of wild garlic for a distinctive taste of the English countryside.

The savoury high protein snack option, British Green peas roasted in cold-pressed rapeseed oil.

Warming Wasabi flavour, (think of horseradish) with a nice crunchy texture.
