Ever wondered what happens to our clothes and fabrics when we’re finished with them?

Meet Zoë, founder of Resewn Textiles, a sustainable small business giving preloved clothing and forgotten fabrics a whole new life.

What started with a passion for sewing has grown into a business creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind bags and accessories from reclaimed textiles, alongside transforming sentimental clothing into treasured pieces to love and use again.

For our next Behind the Brand, Zoë will be sharing the story behind Resewn Textiles, her inspiration, the reality of running a sustainable creative business and why repair, reuse and creativity are so important when it comes to tackling textile waste.

You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how Resewn Textiles began, hear some of the stories behind Zoë’s work and discover how we can all rethink our relationship with the clothes and fabrics we already have.

There’ll also be plenty of time to ask questions and find out more about Zoë’s sewing workshops and community Mending Café at Lemon & Jinja.
