Bombay mix is an Indian snack consisting of a medley of dried, spiced ingredients. It is known as chevda in India and chanachur in Bangladesh.

We love this mix as an extra tasty appetiser or for easy snacking. 

Ingredients: Gram flour (65%), green peas (12%), (Green Powder, E102, E133), Chickpeas (9%), Peanuts (7%), Chanadal (5%), Rapeseed oil, chilli powder, salt, ajwain, sugar.
