Coeur de Boeuf Tomatoes

The Coeur de Boeuf tomato is a French tomato variety, often named Oxheart due to its heart shaped appearance and size. Coeur de Boeuf tomatoes are normally spotted with a distinctive pointed shape, either forming at the top or the bottom of the tomato. This meaty tomato is perfect for stuffing.
