Resewn Textiles: Creative Scrap Sewing Workshop
Join Zoë from Resewn Textiles for a relaxed and inspiring evening of sustainable sewing, where forgotten fabrics are transformed into beautiful handmade keepsakes.
Perfect for complete beginners and curious creatives alike, this workshop will introduce you to simple hand-sewing techniques using reclaimed fabrics, clothing and textile scraps. Guided by Zoë, you'll create your own unique piece, whether that's a keyring, hanging decoration, bag charm or something entirely your own.
As you stitch, you'll discover creative ways to give fabric waste a second life while learning skills you can continue using long after the workshop. You'll also take home a mini Resewn Textiles scrap sewing kit, packed with inspiration for future makes.
All materials are provided, with reclaimed and rescued textiles used wherever possible. Come along for an evening of creativity, connection and mindful making, and leave with a one-of-a-kind keepsake you'll be proud to treasure.
All materials, including reclaimed fabrics, threads and sewing equipment, are provided. Just bring along the item of clothing you’d like to work on.
With just 15 spaces available, this will be a relaxed and personal workshop with plenty of time for guidance and support from Zoë.
No previous sewing experience is needed!
