How to use: Use dry. Starting at your feet, brush upwards towards your heart using gentle, sweeping motions, keeping the pressure light. A suggested routine is shown on the pack. After use, hang the brush from its cotton loop to keep it dry, wash when needed and air dry thoroughly. Don't leave it damp.
