Frozen Spinach Leaf

Freshly frozen, locking in all their mighty goodness!  Ready to throw in to your recipes or serve up as a side with a little butter and nutmeg. Or use it as the basis for a banging brunch – eggs florentine, super-healthy smoothies or brunch pizza.

Cooking Instructions:

Place frozen spinach in a covered saucepan with a knob of butter. Season with salt and pepper, heat gently, stirring from time to time, until tender, or microwave from frozen. A grating of nutmeg is a very good addition to spinach.
