Sultanas

Sultanas are large green grapes that have been dried to a rich golden-brown. They’re usually larger than raisins or currants and are among the most popular dried sweet fruit due to their size, succulence and sweetness.

They are a good source of iron, potassium and selenium and also contain vitamin A and some vitamin B. They are also rich in fiber and are beneficial for high blood pressure, fluid retention, constipation and anemia.
