Christmas Baubles Workshop with Alison Jane

Begin the festive season with a calm, creative evening at Lemon & Jinja.

In this relaxed two-hour workshop, you’ll be guided through simple yet beautiful painting techniques to create and decorate your own set of three ceramic Christmas baubles.

You’ll learn how to work with colour, pattern and detail to create baubles that feel personal and unique to you. Whether you choose traditional festive colours, something a little more colourful, or simply follow your own creative instincts, you’ll leave with three handmade decorations ready to hang on your tree, give as thoughtful gifts, or keep as a special reminder of the season.

No previous painting experience is needed. This is a gentle, creative session designed to help you slow down, switch off and enjoy some time away from the Christmas rush. Alison will guide you through each step, so you can relax, experiment and have fun with your painting.

All materials and refreshments are included in your ticket.

Want to keep painting? Additional ceramic baubles will be available to purchase on the evening for £3 each, so you can create a few more to add to your collection.

About the artist:

Ali is a professional calligraphy and watercolour artist, specialising in creating memorable creative experiences through live illustration, bespoke commissions and relaxing, creative workshops in Hampshire and beyond! She was always obsessed with creativity! Even as a young child, she would spend hours drawing, making and creating.

Ali was a teacher for 19 years - it has made sense to transfer these skills to teaching adult workshops. Teaching workshops is such a passion for her - she have taught a wide range of calligraphy and watercolour classes since 2021, with many attendees joining her repeatedly. We cannot wait to welcome her in!

From Ali 'Time and time again, I have listened to them say how relaxed and present they feel! This is so important to me: I want to encourage everyone to connect with themself and discover a new creative hobby. My mission with my workshops is simple: to provide a space for people to come and be creative, and to share as much of my knowledge as I possibly can with them!'
