Watercolour Journalling with Alison Jane Calligraphy

Join Alison for a relaxing and inspiring 2-hour Illustrated Journalling Workshop, where you’ll discover creative ways to capture everyday moments through art and words.

Alison will begin by sharing a range of inspiring journal page ideas before guiding you step-by-step to create your own unique illustrated journal spread. Whether you’re completely new to journalling or already love keeping one, this workshop is designed to help you explore creativity, layouts and storytelling in a fun, supportive environment.

Bring your own journal if you already have one, or add a journal to your ticket when booking. If you’d rather work on loose paper, that’s absolutely fine too.

• A 2-hour guided workshop with Alison Jane
• If you already have a journal, bring it along! If you would like to purchase one, add one to your ticket price (+£5), please select it below. If you prefer to simply work on paper, this will be available too
• All materials are provided (including the journal if you purchase it), so no need to bring anything along

About the artist:

Ali is a professional calligraphy and watercolour artist, specialising in creating memorable creative experiences through live illustration, bespoke commissions and relaxing, creative workshops in Hampshire and beyond! She was always obsessed with creativity! Even as a young child, she would spend hours drawing, making and creating.

Ali as a teacher for 19 years, and it has made sense to transfer these skills to teaching adult workshops. Teaching workshops is such a passion for her - she have taught a wide range of calligraphy and watercolour classes since 2021, with many attendees joining her repeatedly. We cannot wait to welcome her in!

From Ali 'Time and time again, I have listened to them say how relaxed and present they feel! This is so important to me: I want to encourage everyone to connect with themself and discover a new creative hobby. My mission with my workshops is simple: to provide a space for people to come and be creative, and to share as much of my knowledge as I possibly can with them!'

This workshop takes place upstairs at Lemon & Jinja.
