fermented using a five-strain live culture to develop their signature
flavours. Once cured, a variety of spices and seasonings are
added.

A completely zero waste product, we take the excess liquid from Symplicity’s mushroom & vegetable ferments, then combine it with a fermented cashew base, white truffle oil, fresh lemon juice, and a dash of maple syrup to balance. The result is a creamy, intensely umami, savoury pate-style product. Amazing as a dip/ spread too - right now we're loving it stirred through linguine topped with fresh parsley, and some cracked black pepper!
